A passion that became a purpose
Sprinkle Me Sweet began from both passion and necessity. After members of my family were diagnosed with celiac disease, I saw firsthand how difficult it was to find desserts that were not only safe but still tasted amazing. Gluten wasn’t just an ingredient to avoid—it was something that could make them seriously sick.
Watching my sister get sick because others didn’t fully understand the difference changed everything for me. I knew there had to be a better way—desserts that people could trust, enjoy, and feel good about eating.

The Passion Behind the Baking
Baking has always been part of my life. I grew up inspired by my dad’s pastry talent, and some of my favorite memories are baking in the kitchen with my own children during the holidays.
What truly sparked this journey, though, was being asked to make my nephew’s wedding cake. It wasn’t perfect—but it lit a fire in me. That experience turned a lifelong passion into something more: a purpose-driven business focused on bringing joy to others through baking.
